Express Courier Inc. (Nashville) named Larry Shultz branch manager. He will oversee the long-term growth and direction of the Nashville office. David L. Greer was named operations manager of the Nashville site.

Vermont Courier (Williston) promoted Dana Brizendine to general manager and named Marty Connelly operations manager.

Airborne Freight Corporation (Seattle) announced the retirement of its Chief Financial Officer Roy Liljebeck, a 33-year veteran of Airborne�s finance division. Lanny Michael, Airborne�s senior vice president and treasurer, has been named acting CFO.

Corporate Express , a subsidiary of Buhrmann NV(Amsterdam), has reached an agreement on the sale of Call Center Services, Inc. to United Stationers Inc. (Des Plaines, IL).
